“I’m the only one who doesn’t construct something,” says artist Arnold Dreyblatt. The participants of his workshop rather ask themselves what is worth keeping of the Live-In-Lab. What to archive? Inspiration is drawn from excerpts of the archive of the alternative school Black Mountain College and the unpublished protocols of Beuys’ Free International University (which was much discussed but never came about). It seems to confirm the importance of my chronicling .. if nothing is written about it, it doesn’t exist?
